This Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement (this "Policy") applies to the website at galusha3d.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Andrew Galusha ("I", "me" or "my") as a personal portfolio. It describes how the Site handles information about visitors ("you") and how the Site is made accessible. This Policy applies only to the Site and not to any other website or service, including those linked from the Site.

1. Information collected

1.1 The Site does not collect, store or process personal information about visitors.

1.2 The Site does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, contact forms or user accounts.

1.3 I do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information, and have never done so.

2. Cookies and browser storage

2.1 The Site does not set cookies.

2.2 The Site does not read from or write to your browser's local storage, session storage or any similar technology.

3. Hosting and server logs

3.1 The Site is served as static files by Cloudflare, Inc. ("Cloudflare").

3.2 As with any web host, Cloudflare may keep short-term server logs, such as the IP address that requested a page, to operate and secure its service. Such data is handled under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and is not used by me to identify or track visitors.

3.3 Optional Cloudflare features that add scripts or cookies, including its analytics, performance and bot-protection features, are disabled for the Site.

4. Video players

4.1 Videos shown on the Site are hosted on Vimeo and YouTube. No request is made to either service until you choose to play a video. Until then, the preview image and play button are served from the Site.

4.2 When you play a Vimeo video, the player loads with Vimeo's Do Not Track setting enabled, which disables Vimeo's tracking cookies and analytics. From that point, Vimeo's Privacy Policy applies to the player.

4.3 When you play a YouTube video, the player loads through YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com. From that point, Google's Privacy Policy applies to the player.

4.4 A link above each player names the service that hosts the video before you play it.

5. Fonts, images and media

5.1 All fonts, images and short gameplay clips on the Site are served from the Site itself. None of them is loaded from a third-party server.

6. Third-party websites

6.1 The Site contains links to third-party websites, including Steam, the Epic Games Store, LinkedIn, Vimeo and YouTube. Those websites are not controlled by me, and their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

7. E-mail correspondence

7.1 If you send me an e-mail, I will use the information you provide only to reply to you. I do not add e-mail addresses to any mailing list and do not share them with anyone.

8. Your rights and choices

8.1 Because the Site collects no personal information, there is no personal information to access, correct, delete or opt out of.

8.2 Requests to "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" and Global Privacy Control signals are honored automatically, as no sale or sharing of personal information takes place.

9. Children

9.1 The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13 and, as stated in Section 1, collects no information from anyone, including children.

10. Accessibility

10.1 Commitment. I intend for the Site to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technologies.

10.2 Standard. The Site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

10.3 Measures. The Site is built with semantic HTML, controls that can be operated by keyboard, visible focus indicators, text alternatives for images and readable color contrast, and it respects your device's reduced-motion setting. It remains usable with scripts turned off, and it is checked with automated tools before every update is published.

10.4 Limitations. The video players provided by Vimeo and YouTube, and the websites linked from the Site, are controlled by those services, and their accessibility is outside my control.

10.5 Feedback. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Site, please e-mail andrew@galusha3d.com with the address of the page and a description of the problem. I will respond and work to resolve it.

11. Trademarks and credits

11.1 Smoke Break! and its trailer, screenshots, clips, artwork and name belong to Applewood Studios and USC Games, and appear on the Site as part of my portfolio.

11.2 Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation. Epic Games and the Epic Games Store are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. CAT and Caterpillar are trademarks of Caterpillar Inc., and CAT fans products are made and sold under license by Orient Fan Co., Ltd. Each name is used only to identify the store or company it names.

12.1 This Policy may be updated from time to time. Any change will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
