This site doesn't track you.

What this site collects

Nothing. This is a personal portfolio. It has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no contact forms and no user accounts. It does not set cookies and does not read or write anything in your browser's storage. It does not sell or share personal information, and never has.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare from its network, as plain files. Like any web host, Cloudflare may keep short-term server logs (such as the IP address that requested a page) to run and secure the service. That data is handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy and is not used by me to identify or track visitors. Cloudflare's optional analytics, performance and bot-protection features, which add scripts or cookies, are switched off for this site.

Videos

Videos are hosted on Vimeo and YouTube. Nothing is requested from either until you press play: the preview image and play button are served from this site. When you do press play, a Vimeo video loads with Vimeo's Do Not Track setting, which turns off its tracking cookies and analytics, and from that point Vimeo's privacy policy applies to the player. A YouTube video loads through YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and from that point Google's privacy policy applies. A link above each player names its host, so you know before you click.

Fonts and images

All fonts and images are served from this site. No font or image is loaded from a third-party server.

Links to other sites

Links to Steam, the Epic Games Store, LinkedIn, Vimeo, YouTube and other sites take you to services I don't control. Their own privacy policies apply there.

E-mail

If you e-mail me, I'll use what you send only to reply to you. I don't add addresses to any list and I don't share them.

Your rights

Because this site collects no personal information, there is nothing to access, correct, delete or opt out of. Requests to "do not sell or share my personal information" and Global Privacy Control signals are honoured automatically, since no such sale or sharing takes place. If you have a question anyway, e-mail andrew@galusha3d.com.

Children

This site is not directed at children and, as above, collects no information from anyone.

Accessibility

I want everyone to be able to use this site. It is built with semantic HTML, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, text alternatives for images, readable contrast, and respect for your reduced-motion setting. It aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and is checked with automated tools before every publish. If you run into anything that doesn't work for you, please e-mail andrew@galusha3d.com and tell me which page and what happened. I'll fix it.
